Every program we offer is built around the real needs of young women aging out of foster care. No fluff. No bureaucracy. Just real support, real mentors, and real resources, completely free for women ages 17–24 in Los Angeles.
All programs are 100% free for young women ages 17–24 in Los Angeles, CA
Safe, stable housing is the foundation of everything. We help young women navigate transitional housing options, understand tenant rights, apply for rental assistance, and build the financial habits needed to maintain stable housing long-term.
Every young woman deserves a career path that excites her. We connect women with mentors, help them explore their strengths, build professional skills, and take real steps toward employment, entrepreneurship, or higher education.
The foster care system often leaves young women without the everyday knowledge most families pass down. We fill that gap — teaching financial literacy, healthcare navigation, cooking, self-advocacy, and the practical skills of independent adult life.
Aging out of foster care can be deeply isolating. We build a community — a sisterhood of young women who understand each other's journeys, celebrate each other's wins, and refuse to let anyone navigate adulthood alone.
Yamayah Pook is our very first participant . A proud member of the View Park High School Class of 2026, she is transitioning from foster care into adulthood with hope, determination, and support. Through mentorship, life skills training, educational support, career development, housing assistance, and community resource referrals, Empower Her Success is helping her build a strong foundation for the future.
As we grow, these same programs will be available to every young woman who comes through our doors. But today, they exist for Yamayah. And your support makes that possible.
