This organization was inspired by a grandmother who opened her home and her heart — fostering three young women and watching them grow from little girls into graduates. That love is the foundation of everything we do.
Empower Her Success, Inc. exists because young women aging out of foster care deserve more than a system that simply lets them go. They deserve a community, a plan, and people who believe in them, just like family does.
